Cancellation Policy

Listed below are the updates to our cancellation policy:

When you book an appointment with Halycon Salon, you have to put a credit card on file to reserve your time.

If you cancel without giving 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the quoted service. If you no-call, no-show, you will be charged 100% of the quoted service.

If you are feeling ill or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please cancel your appointment. We just ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice.
